PUBLIC BETA TERMS

Terms for testing Lifinity Connect.

These beta terms apply to the current Lifinity-to-Lifinity Internet-calling service. Separate commercial, carrier, numbering, messaging, payment or connectivity terms may apply if additional services are later activated.

Beta service

The service is under active development. Features may change, be interrupted, be limited by network conditions or be withdrawn during the beta. A successful test on one device or network does not guarantee availability on every device, carrier or country.

Internet calling

The current beta supports Internet communications between Lifinity users. It is not represented as a replacement for ordinary telephone service. Public telephone-network calling, public numbers, SMS/MMS, emergency calling and eSIM/mobile connectivity are not active merely because they appear on the product roadmap or website.

No emergency-service reliance

Do not use or rely on the beta to reach police, fire, ambulance or other emergency services. Use the locally available emergency method where you are.

Acceptable use

You may not use Lifinity for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, abuse, impersonation, credential theft, unauthorized automated traffic, denial-of-service activity, bypass of telecom restrictions, or interference with other users or infrastructure. Lifinity may rate-limit, restrict or suspend activity reasonably associated with abuse or service protection.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or authentication codes. Lifinity IDs may be subject to naming, impersonation and abuse rules.

Costs

Lifinity-to-Lifinity Internet calling is offered without international phone-minute charges during the beta, but your Internet or mobile-data provider may charge you for data. Future carrier calling, public numbers, messaging or connectivity products may have separate prices and terms before activation.
