SAFETY & ABUSE
Protect people and the network.
The public beta is designed for legitimate person-to-person Internet calling. Lifinity uses authentication, session controls, rate limits and operational evidence to reduce abuse while the broader telecom stack remains gated.
Not allowed
- Fraud, scams, harassment, threats or unlawful communications.
- Impersonation or deceptive use of another person's identity.
- Credential theft, malware, unauthorized automation or service disruption.
- Attempts to bypass carrier, regulatory, emergency-service, payment or geographic controls.
- Automated high-volume calling or signaling that has not been explicitly authorized.
Service protection
Lifinity may reject, rate-limit or suspend activity when needed to protect users, the beta service or connected infrastructure. TURN credential issuance and other sensitive network operations are deliberately short-lived and rate-limited.
Send abuse or safety reports to lifinityos@gmail.com. Include the Lifinity ID involved, approximate time and a concise description. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
Emergency situations
Lifinity Connect public beta is not an emergency-calling service. Use the locally available emergency method where you are.
