SECURITY REPORTING
Report suspected security vulnerabilities privately.
Lifinity Technologies LLC welcomes responsible reports that help protect Lifinity Connect users and infrastructure. This page is for suspected security vulnerabilities; abuse, harassment and emergency issues belong on the Safety or Support paths.
How to report
Email lifinityos@gmail.com with a concise description, the affected Lifinity URL or component, expected versus observed behavior, reproduction steps where safe, and the approximate time observed.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, private keys, full access tokens, or unrelated customer data.
Testing boundaries
- Use only accounts, devices and data you are authorized to test.
- Do not access, alter, retain or disclose another person's data.
- Do not perform denial-of-service, traffic flooding, destructive testing, social engineering, phishing, spam or physical intrusion.
- Do not bypass payment, carrier, country, emergency-service, identity or compliance controls.
- Stop if testing could disrupt service or expose data beyond your authorized test scope.
What this policy does not promise
This reporting path does not create a bug-bounty program, payment commitment, safe-harbor agreement, authorization for intrusive testing, or guaranteed response time. Obtain written authorization before any testing that would otherwise exceed ordinary authorized product use.
Machine-readable contact
Security tooling can use /.well-known/security.txt for the current reporting contact and policy URL.
